Color Correction
I understand that color correction is a process to remove or change hair color. I also understand that this process can be damaging to my hair, and may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired results. I acknowledge that I have disclosed all previous chemical treatments, including but not limited to relaxers, perms, and color services.
Chemical Waiver:
I acknowledge that the chemicals used during hair coloring and other chemical treatments can cause damage to my hair, including but not limited to dryness, breakage, and hair loss. I release the salon, its employees, and affiliates from all liability for any damages that may result from the use of chemicals during the services provided.
I understand that it is my responsibility to disclose any allergies or sensitivities to the stylist before any chemical services are performed.
I agree to hold the salon, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits, or causes of action, whether in contract or tort, arising from or in any way related to the services performed.
I am aware that although my stylist will do her absolute best, there is no predictable outcome of color. There is no GUARANTEE that my desired result will be achieved in one session.
Photography Release:
I consent to the use of my before, during and after hair appointment photographs for education, promotion or advertising purposes.
